01: A Firm Deal

When you have a firm deal, let us know! Email your contract to us here. Our office will open your file in one business day and send you a welcome email.

02: Communication Is Key

Once we have received the appropriate documents, our office will prepare your file for signing. We will provide you with a detailed list of what you need for your signing appointment and address any questions or concerns you may have.

03: Closing Day

On the Closing Day your legal team will update you and your Realtor. Following Closing, your paralegal will provide reporting with property documents and accounting. We will answer any follow-up questions and of course CONGRATULATE YOU!
