Richard received his Juris Doctor from Calgary University in 2021. He completed his articles, where he worked in Corporate law, advising on employement and transaction negotiations and takeovers; and was called to the bar in 2022. When finished his articles, he practiced in a boutique firm in Residental Real Estate and Corporate Law.
Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese from the University of Calgary in 2016. He earned his Korean Language Studies Certificate at the Chungbuk National University in Cheongju, South Korea. Richard is proficient in Korean and Mandarin, winning the 2015 Alberta Mandarin speech competition. He represented Canada in the world finals and placed in the top 50 in the world.
Richard is currently practicing in Corporate and Real Estate Law.
