Madison graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary in 2015. She received her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2018. Returning to Calgary, Madison completed her articles in 2019 and practiced with a boutique litigation firm, successfully appearing before the Provincial Court of Alberta, and the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Federal Court of Canada at trial.
In law school Madison developed an interest in sports and entertainment law. During this time, she co-authored “A Post-Brexit Impact: A Case Study on the English Premier League” and was published in the Harvard Sports and Entertainment Journal in 2019. She also presented her findings at the Play The Game Conference in 2017.
Madison maintains a general civil litigation practice with a special interest in sports and entertainment including intellectual property disputes.
