Jacalyn’s primary practice focus is on Residential Real Estate, Condominium Property Law, Civil Litigation in the foreclosure and collections area, and Wills and Estates.
Jacalyn Symonds graduated with distinction with an undergraduate degree in Political Science, from the University of Hawaii at Manoa on the island of Oahu before beginning her law school endeavors. She earned a Bachelor of Law from the University of Calgary, graduating in 2000. During law school Jacalyn was an active volunteer with Student Legal Assistance and appeared in Provincial Court on behalf of clients who could not normally afford legal representation.
Jacalyn has appeared many times in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench and assisted as an articling student at the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
